Terms of service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms define the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the sole proprietor (the “Operator”) and the individual or entity using the services (the “User”) in connection with the services provided by the Operator (the “Services”).

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. “Services” means all functions and content provided through websites and mobile applications operated by the Operator.
2. “User” means an individual or legal entity that agrees to these Terms and uses the Operator’s Services.
3. “Content” means all materials provided within the Services, including text, images, videos and software.

Article 3 (Effect and amendments)

1. These Terms take effect when the User agrees to them.
2. The Operator may amend these Terms as necessary within the limits of applicable law. Amended Terms will be announced at least seven days before their effective date.
3. Users who disagree with amended Terms may stop using the Services. Continued use is deemed acceptance of the amended Terms.

Article 4 (Use of the Services)

1. Users may use the Services in accordance with the methods specified by the Operator.
2. The Operator may restrict use of the Services if information provided by a User is false.

Article 5 (Provision and changes to the Services)

1. The Operator provides Services and Content to Users.
2. The Operator may change the Services for operational reasons and will notify Users in advance.

Article 6 (Restrictions and termination)

1. If a User violates these Terms, the Operator may restrict use of the Services without prior notice.
2. Users may stop using the Services at any time. The Operator deletes User information as required by applicable law.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

1. The Operator is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters or system failures.
2. The Operator is not liable for losses incurred by Users while using the Services.
