Workflow automation
We build workflow automation for your team.
We connect tools such as Notion, Slack, and Calendar to reduce recurring work.
A few workflows to start with
The updates you check every morning
We compare Notion task status, Slack updates and Calendar events to summarize what needs attention today. Repetitive checks, such as proposal status and client meeting preparation, become scheduled briefings.
From inquiry receipt to the right person
We connect the steps that organize incoming inquiries and pass them to the right person. Together, we define classification rules, routing and the stages that need human review.
Start with the tools you already use
Before introducing new tools, we check your current accounts and available integrations. We propose a scope based on access permissions, integration capabilities and the data involved.
Automation example: turn an inquiry into the team’s next task
This scenario illustrates a possible approach. It does not represent an actual client deployment or measured savings.
Today: A team member checks the inbox, copies the inquiry into Notion, shares it in Slack and manually schedules a follow-up.
Example design: An incoming inquiry triggers the workflow. Selected fields are recorded in Notion and the relevant channel is notified. After a person reviews the classification and content, a follow-up task is created.
Exception handling: Missing information or repeated inquiries go to a review queue. We also test retries and notifications when an external tool connection fails.
What affects automation development costs
- Number of tools and accounts, API availability and permissions
- Classification rules, approval stages, duplicates and error conditions
- Processing volume, run frequency and existing data cleanup
- AI usage, external fees and the operations and maintenance period
We distinguish the initial build cost from recurring fees and operating costs. After checking integration feasibility, we include the agreed work and acceptance criteria in the quote.
From understanding the work to running it
- We review repetitive tasks, tools, team responsibilities and processing frequency.
- We design triggers, processing steps, approvals and exception handling.
- We connect the agreed tools and test the results with real work scenarios.
- We agree on the operating period and review process, then improve within the agreed scope.
Before we build
Will every task run automatically?
We automate repetitive processing and leave decisions to a person where review is needed. We distinguish steps that require AI from those that can use fixed rules.
How are cost and timing determined?
We propose a quote and timeline after reviewing the number of tools, work rules, data formats and operating scope. Any required third-party fees are explained alongside them.
What should I prepare for a consultation?
Share one repetitive task, the tools you use, how often it happens and the outcome you want. Even if the scope is undecided, we can review your current work together.
